Zoom Integration Document URL

When you connect your Zoom account with Meety Appointment Booking, Meety will help you:

• Generate Zoom links automatically without your intervention.

• Share a secure, different Zoom URL for each booking.

Choosing Zoom as your event location will allow you to automatically create video conference details and save them to your Meety appointment. Once the appointment is made, Zoom details will be automatically included in the confirmation email notifications sent to your participants.

To use Zoom Integration, you must have a Zoom account.

Setting up Zoom

To integrate Meety with Zoom, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings -> Integration.

2. Scroll down to the Zoom section and click Connect to Zoom.

Usage

Before you start using Meety Appointment Booking app with Zoom, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

• You must have an active Meety account with proper access permissions.

• Zoom must be authorized to access Meety's features and functionalities.

Requirements

• Zoom account eligibility: No additional requirements

(Permissions are controlled by your account administrator)

Adding Zoom links to your services

1. Once Zoom is connected, go to Services -> Manage Service.

2. Scroll down to the Joining Details section. You will see an option to select locations for your service appointments. Select the Zoom option and the Location details will automatically generate a Zoom meeting link for your service.

Sending Zoom links to customers through email notifications

1. Go to Settings -> Notifications.

2. Meety has already set up the Joining details [Location] - [Location details]     variable into your email templates. If the location of service appointment is selected as Zoom, [Location details] is replaced with Zoom meeting links and automatically sent to customers.

Disconnect your Zoom account

By removing Meety Appointment Booking app from your Zoom account, all data made with Meety will be removed. You can disconnect your Zoom account from Meety app by following these steps:

1. Go to Settings -> Integration.

2. Scroll down to the Zoom section and click Disconnect.

Removing Zoom Integration

By removing Meety Appointment Booking app from your Zoom account, all data made with Meety will be removed. You can remove Zoom Integration by following these steps:

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Click Manage -> Added Apps or search for Meety Appointment Booking app.

3. Click Remove.
